The procedure for obtaining disability is the same for all categories of citizens - employed, pensioners or minors. In this document, in addition to the standard set of provisions on benefits for the disabled and the establishment of disability groups, the concept of the examination itself is also proposed.

For this concept, a separate chapter is allocated - the second. It has only two and, which are responsible for determining the medical and social expertise and for establishing institutions that can conduct such commissions.

Approved by the Administrative Regulations. It is in accordance with this document that a commission is being held to grant disability to citizens of the country.

The algorithm for verifying a person who claims to be a disability group is described in “On the Fundamentals of Protecting the Health of Citizens in the Russian Federation”.

There are also a number of documents that describe the rules for claiming disability. Thus, the main among them is the resolution “Rules for recognizing a person as disabled”.

They are followed by all medical institutions that are authorized to conduct expert commissions in this area.

Documentation Features

When passing a medical and social examination, a mandatory step is to provide documents.

They must confirm the right of a person to receive a disability group. It should be understood that in this case the package of papers must be very large.

Stages of the order of passage

It is worth knowing that the examination of the provision does not take place immediately. Before that, there are a few more steps.

And all of them must be passed in order to be able to qualify for a disability group.

When making a decision, the MSEC members are guided by which main categories a given patient has in terms of life activity and which do not.

To provide the public service, the recipient of the public service shall submit the following documents:

g) information about the need to provide sign language interpretation services;
h) information about the need for the provision of services for typhlo-sign language translation;
i) last name, first name, patronymic (if any) of the legal or authorized representative of the recipient of the public service (if any);
j) information on consent (disagreement) to the processing of personal data;
k) e-mail address of the recipient of the public service (if any);
l) the date of filing the application.

The application must be signed by the recipient of the public service.
31. To provide a public service for conducting a medical and social examination, it is also necessary: ​​a referral for a medical and social examination issued by a medical organization providing medical and preventive care, in the form N 088 / y-06, approved by order of the Ministry of Health and Social Development of Russia dated January 31, 2007 N 77, or a referral for a medical and social examination issued by the body providing pensions, the body of social protection of the population in the form approved by the order of the Ministry of Health and Social Development of Russia dated December 25, 2006 N 874 (hereinafter referred to as the referral for a medical and social examination), or a certificate of refusal to send for a medical and social examination issued by a medical organization providing medical and preventive care (a body providing pensions, a body for social protection of the population) (hereinafter referred to as a certificate of refusal to send for a medical and social examination).
32. A referral for a medical and social examination may be submitted by a recipient of a public service, a medical organization providing medical and preventive care, a body providing pensions, or a body of social protection of the population on paper or in the form of an electronic document.
