An unusual version of the salad is cooked in batter. This appetizer is served warm.

  • 300 gr. potatoes;
  • 300 gr. eggplant;
  • 3 large fleshy tomatoes;
  • 300 gr. bell pepper;
  • 2-3 cloves of garlic;
  • 3 tablespoons of table vinegar (9%);
  • oil for frying;
  • olive oil for salad dressing;
  • 2 eggs;
  • flour for batter;
  • herbs and spices to taste;
  • sparkling water.

Peel the eggplant and cut into small pieces. We soak the chopped eggplants in strongly salted water, and so that they do not float, we press down. After 30 minutes, wash and dry the eggplant.

Beat two eggs, add salt and flour so that you get a dough, like on pancakes. Pour in soda to make a dough similar in density to kefir. Dip eggplant sticks in batter and fry them in hot oil. We spread the fried vegetables on a paper towel.

We cut tomatoes and bell peppers with neat cubes, chop the greens. Mix fried eggplant with chopped vegetables and herbs. Add chopped garlic, season with oil and vinegar. Serve warm.

Salad with french fries and crab sticks

The original version of the salad will surprise guests.

  • 60 gr. fresh mint;
  • 100 gr. hard cheese;
  • 150 gr. crab sticks;
  • 2 eggs;
  • 1 boiled carrot;
  • 150 gr. french fries;
  • 1 clove of garlic;
  • 35 ml olive oil.

Defrost crab sticks, cut them into thin circles. We rub the cheese on a coarse grater. Coarsely chop the boiled eggs. We clean the boiled carrots, cut into very small cubes. We mix all the listed products.
